Upcoming Cooking Classes

Our Pizza King Cooking Classes are 2 ½ hours long, from 6pm to 8:30pm. All classes are taught in our private room, by owner, Ruby Lewis. You will learn tips & simple techniques to be successful making all of the featured foods at home. Enjoy generous servings of all of the foods that are prepared during each class, & receive a handout of all of the recipes. 


All Classes are $30 each (or register for any four classes & receive a FREE Mario Batali cookware tool)

Italian Desserts

This class showcases three tradition Italian classic desserts. Learn to make Venetian Tiramisu made with Zabaglione Sauce, Once baked Almond Biscotti Cookies and everyone’s favorite Roman Chocolate Cake. This collection of deserts are definitely everyone’s favorites, so be sure to register as soon as possible as this class will fill up fast.

Take your culinary knowledge to a new level & master the skills of classic & contemporary sauces. We will provide the framework to create many sensational sauces for a variety of pastas, vegetables, meats & desserts. Some of the magnificent sauces we will prepare include: Alfredo, Marsala, Pesto, Pasta, & of course Zabaglione. This class will fill up fast, sign up as soon as you can.

The main focus of tonight’s class will be making delicious fresh pasta. Our kitchen will be filled with the aromas of Italy as we learn the basic techniques of making fresh pasta dishes at home. We will teach you the skills to make your own delicious homemade pasta at home.
