Harvest Dinner in Tuscany

Our Tuscany Harvest Dinner class will begin with a traditional Antipasto Platter inspired by a wonderful variety of savory flavors. We will prepare a beautiful Pork Loin Roast that is not only a showpiece for a special occasion, it is also incredibly delicious! Dessert is a special from our Zuccatti family recipes; an Apple Cake that is served warm from the oven with a Carmel Sauce.

Pizza King Cooking Classes are taught by owner, Ruby Lewis. Classes will inspire you, as well as teach you simple techniques & special tips to be successful in making all of the featured foods at home. You will enjoy generous servings of the foods that are prepared, so bring a good appetite, & receive a handout of all of the recipes. All classes only $29.95
